AccordRx Pharmacy Registration Help

What to Expect

The registration process should take about 10 – 15 minutes and can be completed online. Be advised that you will need to provide a photo copy of your state pharmacy license in order to register on AccordRx. We are legally obligated to collect certain information in order to comply with federal and state laws and regulations.

Registration Process / Information Needed
  • NPI Number – we look up your NPI number to help pre-populate the form for you
  • SSN – we are legally required to collect your SSN. We meet or exceed banking standards and take safeguarding your information seriously
  • NCPDP, DEA Number, Federal Tax ID Number, and Legal Name – we are required to collect this information in order to comply with federal laws and regulations
  • Enterprise Type – there are many forms of ownership and there are different requirements for different types.
    • Sole Proprietorship – only need information from the owner
    • LLC
    • Partnership – need information from all individuals with an ownership stake
    • Corporation
  • States You Can Transact With – some states prohibit pharmacies from using a marketplace and you need to select which states you can legally transact with
  • State Pharmacy License Number, Expiration Date, State Issuing the License, and a copy of the license (jpg/png/pdf) – we are required to collect this information to ensure that all members are a pharmacy in good standing
